Mentoring

Dental school—and the transition into practice—can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer personalized mentoring for dental students and recent graduates who want guidance beyond textbooks—building clinical confidence, clarifying career direction, preparing for real-world practice, and maintaining balance during demanding seasons. This mentoring is offered completely free to students and new graduates, with the goal of giving back to the profession and supporting the next generation of dentists through honest insight, encouragement, and experience-based perspective.

I have 20 years of experience, practicing in 6 states, in almost every conceivable practice setting. I’ve been an associate. I’ve practiced solo. I’ve managed multiple offices. I’ve worked for DSOs. I’ve worked with partners.
